The Fourth Buddhist Summit was held in November 2005 at the H.R.H. Prince Chumphon Khet Udomsak Conference Hall, Bangkok, the Kingdom of Thailand. Guests of Honor were H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn of Thailand attending on behalf of H.M. the King and H.E. Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra and the supreme Buddhist leaders of 23 countries assembled in one hall for the conference.
